By downloading or using this application, these terms will automatically apply to you – so please make sure you read them carefully before using the application. You must not copy or modify the application, any part of the application, or our trademarks in any way. You must not attempt to extract the source code of the application, nor should you try to translate the application into other languages or create derivative versions. The application itself, as well as all trademarks, copyrights, database rights, and other intellectual property rights related to it, remain the property of rousong.
rousong is committed to ensuring that the application is as useful and efficient as possible. Therefore, I reserve the right to make changes to the application or charge for its services at any time. I will never charge you for the application or its services without making it clearly clear to you what you are paying for.
PicGrid stores and processes personal data that you provide to me to provide my services. It is your responsibility to ensure that your phone and access to the application are secure. Therefore, I recommend that you do not jailbreak or root your phone, which is a process that removes software restrictions and limitations imposed by the official operating system of your device. It could make your phone vulnerable to malware/viruses/malicious programs, which can damage the security features of your phone, and may mean that PicGrid will not work properly or at all.
This application uses third-party services, which have their own terms and conditions stated.

You should be aware that rousong shall not be liable in certain circumstances. Some functions of the application require the application to have an active internet connection. The connection can be Wi-Fi or provided by your mobile network provider, but if you do not have access to Wi-Fi and you have no remaining data allowance, rousong cannot be held responsible for the application not working fully.
If you use the application outside of a Wi-Fi area, you should remember that the terms of your agreement with your mobile network provider still apply. Therefore, your mobile provider may charge you for data usage during connection while accessing the application or other third-party charges. You will be responsible for any such charges, including roaming data charges, when using the application, provided that you use the application outside of your home country (i.e., region or nation) without turning off data roaming. If you are not the payer of the device on which you are using the application, please note that I assume you have received permission from the payer to use the application.
Similarly, rousong cannot always be responsible for the way you use the application, that is, you need to ensure that your device remains charged – if the battery runs out and you cannot turn it on to use the service, rousong cannot be held responsible.
Regarding rousong's liability for your use of the application, when you use the application, please remember that although I strive to ensure that it is updated and functioning correctly at all times, I rely on third parties to provide me with information so that I can provide it to you. rousong shall not be liable for any direct or indirect loss you may suffer as a result of fully relying on this function of the application.
At some point, I may wish to update the application. The requirements of the application may change, and if you want to continue using the application, you will need to download the updates. rousong does not guarantee that the application will always be updated to be relevant to you and/or compatible with the version installed on your device. However, you are guaranteed to always accept updates to the application when they are provided to you. I may also stop providing the application and can terminate its use at any time without notifying you of the termination. Unless I inform you otherwise, upon any termination, (a) the rights and licenses granted to you under these terms will terminate; (b) you must stop using the application and, if necessary, delete it from your device.
Changes to These Terms and Conditions
I may update my terms and conditions from time to time. Therefore, it is recommended that you review this page regularly for changes. If there are any changes, I will post the new terms and conditions on this page.
